After years of working with patients and clients, my focus has always been to create awareness and education that will last the test of time! Learning how you do something through body awareness is soooo much more valuable than the WHAT you are doing!

My goal is to create a safe, educational, and cost effective space to learn awareness in your body through movement techniques. So no matter what age or level of fitness you are at or how you spend your time in movement or fitness I can help you find your blind spots in the HOW YOU move.

With all the information out there to be Googled or YouTubed, or the ever changing trends in fitness its usually a guessing game as to what works for one but may not for the other. Sending most of us down a never ending tunnel of trying to find effective ways to improve our bodies no matter the goal. When we don't understand the details of what is supposed to happen in our bodies - it is hard to know, feel, and perform or teach exercises or activities without stepping over the line of "Oops! That didn't feel so good".

It's designed to:

  • Create awareness where you didn't know you needed it
  • Educate where you thought you knew it all & 
  • Learn the ability to move freely without having to work SOOOO hard!! :)
