Knowledge is Power!

Having been in the exercise business for over 18+ years, working with clients as young as 7 and as old as their late 90's my focus has always been to help my clients understand their bodies better.

What makes me different from the others?  The focus I put on the details! Work smarter NOT harder. Slow down before you speed up! I have helped clients to identify if what they are currently doing is helping or hurting and how to make changes to make efforts more productive. 

You will hear me often asking my clients: ‘ If your car breaks down and you leave it in the garage to 'REST' when you come back to it will it start?’ Yet we expect our bodies to ’FIX’ themselves with rest.

In this section you will find real life applications THAT WORK to create awareness to WHAT you're doing and HOW to change it if you need to.

Everyone should have access to the knowledge of how to take care of their bodies and be confident in any daily task, without the fear of not being able to move the next day. You will have "Ah-Ha" moments when you learn what is actually "supposed" to be happening in your body during an exercise, and that the "basic" efforts that you have been making just may be hindering your movement rather than helping!
